There was a little bit of mix up the first time they came out, but I'm happy to say, Orleans Tree Service, did me right and came and fixed the problem. Orleans Tree Service has been consistently reliable and professional. The arborist was incredibly knowledgeable, and the crew that came out to do the work was well-mannered, respectful, and extremely careful. They took great care to clean up thoroughly after the job, leaving everything in excellent shape. My family has used their services multiple times, and they’ve never disappointed. I am pleased to have chosen thus company for the work I needed done. It all started with the initial estimate. When Dave came by and shared his professional knowledge, I was sold. When the crew came to do the job, they knew exactly what they were doing. What was most impressive was the way that they cared for my property. In order for them.to do their work, they had to move pavers, light post, and some of my stones but they put everything back in its place. I even saw one of the workers on his knees speading the river rock back in place. As for the work and taking down the tree, they did everything strategically and efficiently. They made sure that none of the huge pieces fell to the ground or on the shed which was near the tree. My lawn is still in tack. I am really satisfied and impressed with their workmanship. I have a few more limbs that need to be taken down and they'll be the ones I call. I highly recommend them, not just for their quality work but also for their competitive pricing.
