I was truly hesitant at first to hire this company because almost all of their reviews were 5-stars. It seemed too good to be true. But after seeing that they are accredited with Better Business Bureau (with a score of A+), I went ahead and finalized everything with them. I cannot be any more pleased with this company! I had a huge oak tree in my backyard that was leaning towards the lake with such a small entrance to the backyard. I thought that it would be almost impossible to get this humongous tree down but they got it done in one day! They showed up on time with Mike leading the way. The entire crew was superb! They were so respectful, friendly, and very skilled at what they are doing. It was quite amazing to watch - the skill, the teamwork, and the camaraderie of the entire crew. There was even a time when they had to bring back the spider crane looking thing in the backyard because there were a couple of branches that were missed coming from the neighbor's yard. When I brought it up to one of the guys, he was very willing to help and was even apologetic about it. The end result was amazing! They cleaned up really well after it was all over. I even told this one guy that nothing has to be perfect and that everything looked good already. But he stayed until 7:30PM anyway to make sure everything was done right! Wow. Again, I am just amazed! I hope every company works the way this company does because they don't mess around and they do their job well. The cost was also very well-priced. They did not ask for payment until everything was completed, and with me satisfied. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY VERY HIGHLY!!! Thanks again Mike and the entire team! Mike, I hope you treat your crew to some dinner or something. They deserve it :)

I had an ugly dead palm tree in my front yard, and the pros at On Demand were awesome! The estimate was fair (I called 3 tree services), and although it took a couple weeks to get on their schedule, it was well worth the wait. My palm tree is gone, and you can't even tell where it was. I'm attaching before and after photos. I'm so happy!

The crew did a fantastic job trimming back my neighbor's tree back to my property line. They were polite, respectful to my neighbor, and left everything clean. I highly recommend OnDemand.
