Brett, the owner was very kind and accommodating. The guys that showed up and I spoke to, for the tree removal, were all very friendly and did a great job!

These guys could easily be in the high end hotel industry with their incredible level of customer service. It was literally like dealing with the concierge from a 5 star hotel. They explained everything they were going to do and in a manner that was easy to understand for a person who does not deal with trees for a living (that would be me). The Old Growth team then did exactly what they said they would do in the exact time frame they said they would do it. This almost never happens in today’s world. They completed my job on budget - another huge surprise. When they left my property it was actually cleaner than when they got here. And for the final cherry on top of the sundae they have followed up with me to make sure they met my expectations. The only bad news is that they did not meet my expectations… they exceeded them! If I had three thumbs I would give them three thumbs up!
Have lived in Carbondale 30 yrs, tried many services to keep our trees healthy, and pest free. Experiences with other Companies have been mediocre & expensive. FINALLY, a service that has knowledgable employees, respects the clients knowledge, and doesn"t upsell or price gouge based on location! Don't hesitate to check this service to compare pricing.... We are extremely impressed with Old Growth Tree Service. They are knowledgeable and efficient. We had Cecelia and Aidan come spray our trees today. They gave us detailed information about pet protection and how long it would be before the trees dried so that we could resume regular activities. I highly recommend this company.
