NWI Tree Service & Landscaping

The crew at NWI did a fantastic job removing 18 dead or dying trees on our 7 acre homestead! We bought our home and property 1 year ago with many large Oaks and Aspen. I personally took down and cleaned up 15 trees before I called NWI. Our NWI crew of three experts were amazing. I watched most of their work over 1-1/2 days. The 3 crew worked more efficiently than I ever would have imagined. Most of the logs and limbs were hauled away by a grappling truck leaving my property looking great. Thanks to NWI #1 crew!

From bid, to schedule coordination to on-site work this is a highly professional skilled team. I chose them because they were detailed in their bid, they were so genuine and they always replied in a timely way. McKenzie, Alex and the whole crew made the process simple and left me thinking that they actually cared. The jacks were impressive with their ropes and safety procedures. We tried two other tree service companies, and they did nothing for our job site. We contacted NWI Tree Services and, scheduled a day. It was scheduled for Dec 10, but because of our snow storm they moved it to Dec. 12th. However because of another crews efficiency on Thursday they came by and did a great job on our site. The crew cut up everything that was supposed to be cut, but went above and beyond and cleared everything near the house. Awesome Job! I was out of town when a huge portion of my massive tree broke off and landed on my roof - what I would later come to find out was a 29k lb section. While I'm thankful that we weren't in the house when it happened, it was difficult to be away while trying to coordinate its removal following a storm that was keeping all of the companies very busy. I called a handful of services and NWI arrived before the others, and was able to complete the job, same day. Neighbors relayed to me how hard they worked to remove the limb safely and efficiently. They came back later to finish cleaning up the brush that remained, and ended up taking even more ryan they had been contracted to remove. Very happy with Tanner and his crew at NWI, as well as the entire office staff!

They arrived spot on time and it just kept getting better from there with very a knowledgeable crew, who were also, quick, efficient and polite. They listened to how I wanted the trees pruned as we walked around looking at the trees from all sides as they were doing the work. When we returned later that day the debris was cleaned up and they left the place looking as good as when they arrived.
