Northwest Tree Care are excellent tree care specialists and are very respectful of property and customer needs. Kaleb communicated well at every step from getting the estimate to completion of the project. We knew exactly what he intended to do and he showed us the results for our approval. We asked them to prune the interior three large deciduous trees. We anticipate our trees will stay healthy with more access to sunlight and improved air flow through the tree’s canopy. When they felled a dead tree close to a structure they were careful to ensure the direction it fell was safe. The crew were polite and work well together. They cleaned up so well! No debris left anywhere! I would definitely hire Northwest Tree Care again without question.

Northwest Tree Care LLC is a pleasure to work with as they promptly addressed my concerns and developed a plan, even going so far as to provide a complimentary estimate after traveling to Clarkia, Idaho. They were very professional, completed the job promptly and kept me informed throughout the process, which was especially helpful since I live out of state.

We had a very large ponderosa tree about 150 feet high and it had leaned over and broke through our fence from the neighbors yard, and every time the wind blew it looked like it was going to come down on the other neighbors house but since now it was on our property, we had to mitigate the situation so I got five estimates in there all fairly comparable so Craig JEFFREYS came in and planned it out like a military campaign he brought in six professional workers that all had their designated position and design designated job task within a few hours. The massive tree was gone. They fixed the fence and cleaned up the yard and did a wonderful job. The workers were all very pleasant and professional. It was a great experience. It’s always scary to have something new done, especially when you don’t really know that industry very well, but it was a very great experience and I’d recommend them highly.

Within a couple hours of contacting Kaleb we were booked to get an estimate to remove a huge old maple that was in sad shape due to a soil borne virus and very close to our house. He was knowledgable about the virus and confirmed it should come out and consulted about two trees nearby. Within 3 weeks he came out with an assistant to remove the tree safely and carefully with a crowd of elementary schoolers excitedly watching. They left perfectly sized rounds for us to use for firewood and the entire 12+ foot trunk intact so we can have it milled. The work area was cleaned up nicely and despite the massive branches and rounds that were dropped there was very minimal damage to the yard (which we fully expected to be much more). Kaleb was out to grind the stump a week later, and even took extra precautions to make sure nearby windows were shielded from possible wood chips. We were impressed how quickly it all happened (including a few day delay for his first child's birth-congratulations!!). No cost surprises, super nice, knowledgeable, clean job site-couldn't be more satisfied and would recommend 100%. Thank you!
