Fast, professional and honest. They trimmed 100 feet off our lilacs that were about 15 feet tall and cleaned up everything! We loved how it turned out. Below are before and after photos. Gabriel gave us his honest, professional opinions on trimming needs since these had been untouched for a while. I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with Norcrest Tree Service. The extraordinary work from Myles, Gabriel, and Jeremy was second to none. They incredibly efficient and courteous. Gabriel’s knowledge about trees and his recommendation for a best course of action exceeded my expectations. This tree removal project was somewhat complex, yet this team got to work and completed everything in record time. Additionally, they cleaned up the yard, making it free of twigs and other debris. The crew showed up on time and stayed until they had performed all the work they had planned. Our trees look so much better and the crew cleaned up all day as they went from one tree to another. Norcrest provided excellent service. They removed and chiped 5 trees and cut all but two of the stumps to ground level. The quality and condition of their equipment was impressive and allowed for chipping trees up to 18 inches in diameter. We were also impressed with their attention to safety with all the crew utilizing protective gear and making sure the trees fell precisely where they needed to fall. If you need tree removal and have old rock landscaping around the base of the trunk discuss this with any contractor you might use. Rocks and chainsaws don't mix well and might require extra soil removal and/or stump grinding and should be considered in the scope of work. We would highly recommend Norcreat for any tree service you might need.

This crew did a fantastic job cutting down a huge old spruce, as well as trimming an overgrown pine. They were professional, polite, efficient, and left our yard immaculate. We recommend them highly!
