Hi, The new branch grew very tall. Looks like its denting the trunk. Maybe the trunk needs to be shortened. Please review. Thanks, Shirley My trees are healthy; even the 100+ year olds. Pruning helps keep trees living longer. This time Neal's Tree left the old oak looking shiny and bright but I am a little nervous about the load it's carrying as its trunk is a half trunk The tree had been trying to saw its own branch with the help of a Maple that was pulled out. Maybe that branch, all those branches have to be lightened out Chris please visit when you can. Thanks.
