I would like to thank Nature's tree removal of Houston. Brian and his team came out and did three tree removals, two fence line trimmings, and trimmed one tree around the power lines in my backyard. They worked fast, efficient and got everything done quickly. They were very professional and polite and the price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend their services to my family and friends, and will use them for tree services in the future.

Had a pine tree badly leaning over my house that was boxed in by two houses, a fence, and a power line. Worked with Alex mostly through text message. I mentioned another quote I had received and he beat that price and offered to clean up a medium sized oak tree as well. His team worked quickly and left the site better than they found it. They ground the stump and blew my front porch off which I thought was a nice gesture. I think I found one small branch on the ground after. Payment was done electronically after the work was done. The communication leading up to the work could have been better, but I wasn’t in an hurry and I’m overall pleased with the service I received.

Deeply disappointed. Nature's Tree Removal of Houston removed a tree in my front yard and ground the stump and roots. A day after they left my sprinkler was gushing water, as the PVC had been broken by the tree/root removal. I called and spoke with the owner who said he would come and look at it. I emailed several times and sent pictures. The repair was eventually completed by a sprinkler repair company and the invoice texted to NTR. It has been a month and no response. The repair cost was low ($126.81) compared to the over $2,000 my neighbor and I spent with NTR. More important it is a reflection of how they do not take responsibility when something goes wrong.
