Great job, prompt and kind customer service. Technicians offer helpful recommendations. Everyone is willing to accommodate. This is my first time using the service, and I will continue next season.

Paid for the grub control just to have my lawn torn up by animals digging up grubs in my lawn. Told them until they refund the grub control or fix the lawn our business with them is done. None of that has been addressed but they came out today for more service. Said it was already scheduled when we last called. How they do their scheduling- not my problem. We said to discontinue our service and they should not have come out again without addressing the grub problem first. When I called she said the grubs were extra bad this year- guess what? Also not my problem. Those are the logistics of lawn care and their issue to navigate. If the grubs were extra bad this year, then further action should’ve been taken to prevent the lawn from being destroyed. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

We get so many compliments on our lawn after starting with Natural Way! We also have a dog and grandchildren and wanted to use fertilizers that would not be harmful to them. Staff are very courteous and professional. It would have been five stars but rated one star off because of the uncertainty of when they will come for our service. We usually get a text a few days before but don't know the exact date or time. This would be helpful as we like to keep our dog inside during service.

I have used Natural Way for several years. Since I started using them, my lawn has looked great. They analyze the lawn every time they come out and give suggestions if there is anything going on with it. They always professional and come when they say they will. Overall great service and great results.

I've utilized this company for 4-5 years to fertilize my lawn. They come out to the house on schedule and perform quality work. My lawn looks great. It's a combination of Natural Way services and my attention to pulling any residual weeds I see in my lawn. I also de-thatched my lawn earlier in the season to remove dead debris suffocating the lawn. It's also great not to go to a big box store, buy fertilizer, haul it, and then apply it to the lawn. That's why Natural Way takes care of everything and does the work. I would recommend this company for your lawn needs.
