N & N Tree Service

N&N Tree Services is AWESOME!! Promptly calls back and keeps you in the loop with schedule. Took down 10 plus trees, one very large on hill side leaning towards house. We recently reached out to N & N Tree Service to remove 2 very large trees from our property. The largest of which was just a few feet from our kitchen and back deck. I'm not going to lie, we reached out to several different services to receive quotes, however Charles was the most professional and prompt of the entire group. After meeting with Charles and receiving a quote I did not have a doubt in my mind that this was a truly a professional team working with an exceptional leader. The team showed up right on time and wasted no time preparing the area for tree removal. Within an hour of working I could immediately tell that this was a well oiled machine of professionals. The communication and teamwork was a joy to watch. It truly was fascinating watching them methodically take this massive tree apart. Once the trees were down I honestly expected them to pack up and leave, however to my surprise they then switched gears and began an amazing cleanup process. This was my first time owning a home and being a "property owner". I had been been dealing with a very urgent/dangerous situation for over 2 months. I had a large mulberry tree (very close to my house) that was splitting and close to falling on top of my house. A good friend of mine recommended Charles (and his N&N crew). Charles came out, inspected this tree (photographs, measurements, etc) and answered my many uneducated questions fully, calmly and with great expertise. He truly put my mind at ease about this situation. When Charles, Reggie, Lester, Danny and Patrick came out on a cold, brisk morning earlier this month...they wasted no time springing into action. I was amazed at their high level of expertise, professionalism, teamwork, bravery, precision and expedience. Early on, they became my friends (not just a "work crew"). 2 of the men were military veterans, I believe, and 1 (Reggie, I think) was about to go into the Army this month). They went out of their way to make sure no debris/falling limbs struck my house (or my neighbor's cars/house. They even went out of their way to rake all the leaves/debris out of my front yard, as well as power-sweep all the sawdust/debris off of my roof. They left my front yard almost "spotless". I was speechless! God blessed me with the best individuals possible to alleviate my anxiety and stress (that was one of Charles' primary goals), and I've never been happier! I don't know what word is greater than "highly recommend", but they're it!

Charles is amazing! He decided to take down many more trees than the original estimate and refused to charge more. Very polite and easy to deal with. Answered calls and texts promptly. Have used his services twice before.

I have had them come out twice now, and both times they've done a great job. Trees were brought down safely and the clean up was prompt. I have numerous trees, so I'm sure they will be out again. I'd recommend to anyone.
