My Arborist!

My Aborist was easy to work with. The employees were prompt, communicative and cleaned up well. They raised the crown, trimmed and disposed of trimmings on five trees and cut one down. Before, and after pictures of two of the trees included. Salvador monitored the work and contacted me several times during the day. He made sure I was satisfied at each communication. I’ve already recommended My Arborist to my neighbor for her tree. The price charged was reasonable for the amount of work My Arborist completed.

I first contacted My Arborist! in August about a tree that seemed to be dying. Salvador immediately called me, asked to see pictures and discuss what was needed for my tree. It has Emerald Ash Boars. Today he gave the tree an injection and removed the dead branches. He also trimmed a tree in the front that was over my neighbors drive and roof. For the first time I have had a tree company listen to my request, discussed my options and followed through in a timely manner and reasonable rate. I especially love that he is an arborist and knows what is best for my trees. My Arborist! will forever by my tree service!

My Arborist was absolutely fantastic! Communication, professionalism, and quality of work were outstanding. Safety was a top priority, both personal and property. In addition to keeping the crew safe, Salvador was exacting to avoid any property damage to my house. Couldn’t ask for better. Salvador and his crew removed an 80 year old cottonwood from my property in two days. Salvador advised me on the best course of action to take after my neighbors damaged the tree. Scheduling was easy and quick. The quality of work was impressive. You can tell Salvador and his crew take pride in their work. He accommodated my request to keep specific cross sections of the tree for future use. He also offered stump grinding, which helped a lot. The price was more than reasonable, too. The quote was half what I expected. I’ll use My Arborist again when it’s time to plant trees and care for them. I know future projects will be in good hands. Like my buddy who recommended My Arborist said, they’re worth every penny.

Mr. Ortiz responded quickly to my email. He came to my location and gave me a free estimate. We agreed on a plan to keep my tree healthy. Their crew showed up on time, properly equipped for safety and to complete the job. They placed safety orange cones around their equipment and work area in the street. His knowledge and experience was the reason I selected My Arborist. After completing the job he gave me some tips on pruning some other smaller trees on my property. I would recommend. Salvador Ortiz, aka My Arborist, and his team cut down our tree, removed debris, ground the stump and roots and planted a new tree. All this was done in less than five hours. They were meticulous in their work and their clean-up was spotless. Thank you, Salvador. I recommend them to everyone.
