If you care about the health of trees on your property, don’t call a tree service, call Mason Ward. Mason is an ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) board certified master arborist, which means he is not only educated but highly qualified having in-depth knowledge of the health, biology, and best practices for tree care. Tree service companies are NOT arborists! New to Florida, we inherited a live oak on our property which was badly hacked, topped, and not cared for properly over numerous years. In finding Mason on the ISA website, he came on property to assess the condition of our 35-40’ live oak as well as to figure out a way to get the bucket equipment on property without damage. He diligently and carefully removed numerous dead branches, split/damaged limbs, as well as those hanging too heavy. We were quite impressed with the care, attention, time, and knowledge he provided. We were initially very anxious and weren’t sure what to expect with this project, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We LOVE this tree, and NOW our live oak looks gorgeous!! We also want to acknowledge Carlos who did a spectacular job on clean up. He is strong, worked very efficiently, and did not leave until all debris was removed…even when it started raining! Mason and his crew at MX Tree did an exceptional job taking down a huge southern oak that was hit by lightning and dying just feet from our home. I watched Mason as he performed the surgical dissection of the 50 foot tall oak tree. There were two pool cages and a fence directly below and not one was disturbed and the cleanup was flawless not a twig left. It’s great to see a family business with the family actually on the job working all day, real old school, this country needs more businesses like MX tree removal.
