After obtaining quotes from 5 companies for trimming mature maples, removing fallen trees, and retaining mulch, MRB met my criteria. Mike’s years of experience, professionalism, and work ethic were apparent before, during and after the job was complete. On the scheduled work day, Mike reviewed photos he had marked to ensure we were still on the same page, then proceeded to work. Mike’s crew accomplished what was agreed upon and clean up before departure—exceeded my expectations!

Mike & his team from MRB Service really came through for me by cutting down a 90+ foot tall dead pine tree that was in a hard to get to spot in my back yard that was quite perilous! I’m really impressed how they maintained safety, worked steadily as a team, stuck to the original estimate as agreed to. Their machinery was impressive & my lawn did not get tore up. A real relief that they were able to do this job for me before some random storm could wreak havoc on the neighbor’s new fence or power lines on 2 sides. Thanks again for a job well done!

Mike and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. We went over what was to be done. I had 10 boxwood bushes removed because of box tree moth caterpillars destroying them. I also had a very large mulberry tree significantly trimmed back. With the boxwood removals, they took care to cause as little damage as possible to the other plants. Multiple times through the tree trimming they stopped and asked me if it was going as I wanted. One thing that helped the excellent work was that they had the proper equipment and tools to efficiently perform the work. After the removal and trimming were done, they cleaned up thoroughly, and then once again checked in with me that everything was done to my satisfaction. All this for a very fair price.

Mike and team were great! Mike was extremely responsive and flexible with us when we had to delay the tree removal. Once we were full-go they came out within two weeks and took out our tree in less than an hour. They even threw some branches into the chipper that I hadn't gotten around to chopping up yet without me even asking! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tree removal

Mike and his crew are absolute professionals at their jobs! My property was treated as though it was their own, they took special care while maneuvering to cut the 2 trees down and grind out the stumps, they went above and beyond with doing extra things that they didn't have to do, repaired loose shingles on my roof, driving the bobcat through a tight space, taking time not to damage my blackberry bushes, among other things they done, I can't thank them enough! They made going through this process much easier for me, because I was upset about removing my trees, but they were damaged and dying and had to go. We watched the process of the trees being taken down, it was done with extreme precision, they cleaned up as they went, they work like a well oiled machine! They left my yard better than they found it.They are the best at what they do, they are kind, considerate, hard working, efficient, and reliable. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew, they have all the machinery to make quick work of your tree removal needs! I wish I could give you a 25 star rating, but it will only let me give 5 stars.
