Fast and efficient. Also, skilled and concerned for the health of the tree. These are folks that appreciate and care about the trees they're pruning, as well as, the property. Other than the fresh cuts on the tree you can't even tell they were here. The crew was friendly and explained what they were doing and how they'd do it. Cleaned up every twig before they left. Excellent experience.

Great overall job, from the beginning to middle (could have been better) to the end! The estimator arrived promptly after I requested the estimate and did a wonderful job and priced the job at the best price in town. I was actually shocked. The middle got a little sideways and made me worried, I would give this portion 1 star. Communication was none existent from Tammy. She did call to schedule and I had missed her call and we played phone tag a little but I never officially scheduled the service. A date just showed up in an email and it so happened to be a good date so I didn’t worry about it. But this is where I would say the service turned bad. However, the crew who came out to do the work did a great job and turned it all around. 5 stars for them! Great crew- got a little messy with the chipper but they were good men so I overlooked it but that could have been bad. Highly recommend moving your vehicles much further away than I did. Thank you all but Tammy, Tammy needs work.

We definitely hit the jackpot by calling this company because I thought the logo was fun. CJ - fabulous. We feel we have known him for years although it’s been but a week. So knowledgeable about what is needed and putting together a plan that fits our needs. The Monster Crew - also fabulous. For all that they did in the heat, they worked hard, were helpful with the questions I had and did a wonderful job. Also, not a stray cut branch was left behind… they did a fantastic job cleaning up. I was so glad to see all the safety equipment in use as well. Highly recommend!

They were quick to come out and give us a quote. C.J was very knowledgeable about the care of the trees. They completed everything in one day and they took the time to explain what they were doing and we worked together to really make sure the tree was healthy, it looked good and my concern for safety. Tidied up after themselves as well! I would highly recommend this company!
