Always go there at xmas to pick out our tree. Great place to have hot chocolate. Puts you in the spirit for xmas. Everyone there is so polite and helpful. You can even cut you're tree yourself that you picked out but I'd rather have them do it very quick and easy.

I used to love this place for Christmas. I’ve been getting my tree here for last 15 years. Disappointed two years in a row. Expect to pay $ 140 and up now. They don’t cut the bottom off and don’t tie your tree to the car. It breaks my heart but I won’t be returning. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Been working with these folks for 24 years. They do such a great job! Clean, precise work. Very fair pricing. Grateful to have them as a resource. They just did another job for us this week. The best!

I have done business with this company for years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I use them for both lawn service and tree care and removal. If this company tells you they are too busy to do a job for you, it's because they do quality work and will not destroy that reputation by taking on too many jobs and not be able to live up to their standards by doing so. It has been my experience, that any company who provides a service is going to take care of their regular customers before taking on new ones especially during emergency situations. So don't listen to the reviews that state they refused to do a job for them, they most likely wanted it done now, and things do not always work out that way. Mockingbird Hill provides quality service, so if they tell you they can't get to you immediately, wait until they can. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Called this company a few weeks ago about tree removal and was basically told they were to busy and didn't know if they could help. As a person who has been in the business end of the trades for many years, I asked if he was telling me that they were not accepting new customers as I had never been told this by any service/trade company before. This is where he got rude and told me he would take my name but didn't know if the arborist would be able to get back to me, but he would pass along my contact info. I never received a call back. I would never do business with a company that won't even give me enough respect to simply explain they are busy and give me an actual timeframe for thier ability to give me an estimate and or do the work and let me decide for myself how long I was willing to wait. Never turn down work today that you can always do later. I didn't even want the job done until the fall and was just planning ahead. It's ok I'll give my $2K worth of tree removal to another local businesses who wants it and deserves it.
