MLM Tree Service Vicksburg

Called MLM for a quote and Tom happened to be in the area and stopped out same day. His quote was competitive with other quotes i received. MLM was out about 2 weeks later to take down 2, 70ft+ trees that were close to the house. The MLM crew was very courteous, professional and answered all my questions. They came with a boom truck, man lift and a big wood chipper and were done in under 4 hours. There was very minimal damage or tire marks on yard, but that is to be expected with heavy machinery. They cleaned up the yard nicely and then Tom was out to check in and make sure I was pleased with the job. I'll definitely have MLM back out when i need more tree services.

I don't write a lot of reviews but when a team of guys goes the extra mile you really should. A wind storm left me with multiple large branches on my roof, a broken electrical mast, and downed power and coax cable lines. I was told by Consumers Energy that they couldn't do anything to reconnect my power until the tree was cleared from my roof and the electrical mast was repaired. I called MLM, explained my situation, and they were there that evening to starting getting me squared away. The job ended up being larger than what they could safely do with the guys that were available that night so they came back first thing the next morning with a full crew and a lot more equipment. I have a very large and very heavy playhouse/swing set for my kids that was in danger of being damaged during the tree removal. They didn't have to but the owner Tom and his guys got their tools, helped me disassemble the swing set portion, and moved the giant (very heavy) playhouse out of harms way. They then proceeded to get the tree cleared off of my roof and all the debris out of my yard before lunch. And when the job was complete, they even helped me move the playhouse back. During all of this their team was running around like a small well trained army. When the insurance claims adjuster came a few days later to look and my roof she asked my who it was that cleared away the fallen portion of the tree. When I said MLM she smiled and said they were one of her top recommendations. She said they do a great job for good price.

Called Tom on a Friday he came out Saturday and gave me a very fair estimate for a huge tree. He was short-staffed the day the job was to start but that did not delay them one bit. Tom did all the ground work himself, while his saw guy worked in the tree. That’s customer service! They did an awesome job. Always on time, worked their butts off and cleaned up each time they left. It was a big job and they did it very well. I highly recommend MLM Tree Service.

I want to thank MLM tree service for an outstanding job on removing a 135 year old Oak tree that was dying and needed removed. They also did some trimming and stump removal. The 4 man TEAM of Phil, Devon, Brady and Garret were 100% on point. They spent the whole day on the job and cleaned up so well, you never would have known they were there. They were friendly, respectful and hard working. The owner Tom Moreno was on site in the morning to review the project with his team and they handled it from there! Thanks MLM Tree Service!
