Miguel got back to me quickly and actually came out that same afternoon to provide a free estimate. A week later, him and his crew showed up on time and ready to get the job done. I hired MJ’s Tree Service to remove two very large and dying willow trees in my backyard, one of which had grown over the roof and deck. Roots from both trees were above ground to varying degrees. I initially submitted an on-line quote request via their website. Miguel responded within an hour and we set up an appointment for the next afternoon to assess the job. He was early for the appointment, asked what I needed done, took some pictures and sent me a quote the next day. I had asked for quotes from two other companies, both of which were considerably more than what Miguel gave me. Once I was ready to commit, I reached out to Miguel with some additional questions, all of which he answered extremely fast the same day, and to my complete satisfaction. We set the date for the work, and Miguel and his crew arrived ahead of schedule and got started. In less than six hours, they had removed both trees, completed grinding both stumps, cleaned up all the debris and hauled everything away. It was amazing to watch the whole process take place and I couldn’t believe how efficiently they all worked together. There was no downtime or wasted time in between finishing one tree and starting on the next. They came back the next morning to clean up the stump grinding debris, put down topsoil and seed, and covered everything with straw. I can’t say enough about how professional, respectful and courteous the entire crew is; they are truly the best. I will use them again in the future, and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing any of the tree services this business offers. You won’t be disappointed and you won’t find a better price out there.
