Love M & T Friendly Tree Service. All the workers from talking on phone to the men who removed trees were professional and friendly. Took down 6 pine trees and cleaned up the mess caused by the removal. This was done fast and they knew what they were doing. I had a bird bath nearby and it wasn't damaged. I had forgotten to move it away. Will use them again if I need more trees removed

Crew showed up on time with crane, chipper, bobcat and dump truck, did amazingly fast work and cleanup at the end. very easy and straightforward and professional. will definitely use them again. highly recommend. they took down a Dead 50' oak tree between 2 homes and under a power line with zero issues in less than 90 min.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This company was hired by a neighbor to take down a tree on their property. I was shocked to see a crane truck that likely weighs around 60,000 pounds backing into my yard without permission, leaving deep ruts and tearing up the lawn. No ground mats, no warning, no visible company name, no DOT number, and an expired license plate. When I spoke with my neighbor, they said they had no idea a crane would be used, let alone that my yard would be used to access the tree. I confronted the ground crew, who claimed they didn’t realize they were on the wrong property. Which is hard to believe, considering there’s a fence and tree line clearly separating the yards. I requested that they repair the damaged area with topsoil and either grass seed or sod at the least. I was essentially ignored by who I assume was the supervisor of the jobsite. After this I called the company office and spoke with a woman who was friendly and apologetic. She assured me the damage would be properly taken care of. Instead, they simply dumped dirt in the ruts and left. No real repair. No follow-up. No professionalism. If this is how they treat the property of people who aren’t their customers, imagine the level of care when you are. Avoid at all costs.

Rarely am I completely satisfied, but M&T tree service far exceeded my expectations. After reading recommendations from other folks in my neighborhood, I called the (3) companies with the best reviews for a competitive quote on having (5) trees taken down threatening my pool with this summers aggressive weather. The office manager at M&T offered an appointment with Leo, respecting my conference call schedule for the same day. He made me an “offer I couldn’t refuse” ( extremely fair quote for the job ). I told him I had company arriving at noon the next day & would need to schedule the work for the following week. He asked if he could free a crew to complete the work the following morning [ before my company arrived ] would that work? “ Yes !”. Today the extremely professional crew arrived, took down the trees, cleaned everything up and were done by 10AM. It was delightful to watch how exacting they brought down these trees- exemplifying the work as “tree surgeons”. As I watched in amazement the crew chief walked towards me and asked if I wanted him to take down a tree that was dead, because he felt it might be dangerous. “How much?” “Oh, no charge, but I am here”. Wow. Why such a long note? Because service after service, over charge & under perform, not this company- the absolutely best, after countless contractors since moving to NC & it should be recognized. Call Leo !!!

M&T did a great job getting the trees down in my yard with little to no damage. My yard due to the heavy equipment did take somewhat of a beating however i will just need to reseed in the spring. They were on time, efficient, professional good at what they do. If you need someone who can get the job done no matter how big, reasonable price and professional. They are the team of professionals that you need to hire. Excellent company.!
