Lyon Tree Service

Yesterday, my neighbor had a tree removed from their property that was leaning towards my driveway. I spoke to my neighbor and a member of the crew that was taking down the tree prior to the job starting. I was told that they would be using a bucket truck for the branches that were hanging over the phone wires that were connected to my home. I left, to run errands and came back about an hour later. The trunk, the limbs and branches of the tree from my neighbors property were downed on my established Native tree and pollinator garden. To say that I was upset was an understatement ...... In cutting down the tree they dropped all limbs and trunk pieces right on top of one another. No attempt was made to direct the cuts to the tree limbs or trunk, so that they would fall elsewhere. Not one single leaf from this removal was on my neighbors property..... I was told it was leaning towards my house, so this is what would happen. No conversation by the crew that this is what would take place when the tree was removed. I was told that all the crushed plants and bushes were resilient and would come back next spring by their crew boss Hugo. If they didn't come back to give him a call ... So my question is what if this was over my house, garage, pool or shed would the crew just let it drop and say... ...Well it was leaning that way ...Nothing we could do? The crew was hired knowing that the tree was leaning and that this type of tree removal is not unusual. So to all those that might hire this company and the tree is close to a neighbors property please realize that this company does not worry about the neighbors damage to their plants or property. Which in turn can effect your relationship with your neighbor for the future. Please see attached photos for evidence of what happened to my property!

What an amazing experience! Hugo and the guys were unbelievable! Everything was done with such precision, it was very impressive to watch! The crew was professional, courteous and are clearly experts at their craft! They took down two trees, trimmed a bunch more that were hanging over my house, and removed 4 stumps. Clear communication, great price, and did everything with a smile! We couldn’t be happier! Thanks guys!!!

Excellent across the board in every single way. LOOK NO FURTHER. STOP HERE AND HIRE LYON. My main contact was Hugo. He did absolutely EVERYTHING to make sure I was happy. To be honest there was very little need to do anything extra to make me happy because the quality of his work was excellent, his prices are fair, and he does what he says he's going to do. Actually his prices were not fair, he was downright cheap compared to others. He was the lowest quote of several that I had and instilled the most confidence from the very first time I met him. I hired Lyon Tree Service for a full 1 day to remove 4 very large trees, prune the entire 2 acre property, remove some shrubs and vines etc.....Unfortunately the crew didn't finish in 1 day and they came back the next day to finish. When paying the bill there was never any question in his mind about adjusting the price. He gave a quote, finished the FULL job and did not request or expect anything extra. His crew were polite and checked in with me regarding if I was happy about the pruning and if I wanted more or was good with what they did. Not only did they do an excellent job but did so on a nearly 100F day! I could not stand outside for more than 5 minutes without fatigue and these guys worked like animals from 8am to 630pm and another half day after that to finish. Its rare that you find responsible, honest, hard working and competent people these days. You should 100% hire this company if you need tree work done.

I had a great experience with Lyon Tree Service. Hugo was my main contact and he was awesome to work with—super easy to talk to, professional, and really on top of everything from beginning to end. Their pricing was fair, the crew showed up on time, and they did an excellent job. They worked quickly, safely, and left everything neat and clean when they were done. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. If you need any tree work done, I definitely recommend giving them a call. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

Hugo and his team were amazing! He always checked in with me about how much to trim from our trees. They were very professional, kind, and cleaned up afterwards! It was spotless. I highly recommend Lyon Tree service. Prices are reasonable and Hugo is wonderful to work with. His team was hard working and very good at what they do.
