Luna Tree Service

I hired Luna Tree Services back in early March of this year to plant about 10 trees and 15-16 bushes around by house. Everything seemed great. Moises (the owner) was very friendly and responsive. However, after a couple of months, a few trees (4 to be specific) and bushes (at least 5) appeared to be dying (losing leaves, turning brown). I contacted Moises with pictures and was concerned. I wanted to try to take preventative measures to try to salvage as many as possible. Moises told me from the beginning to make sure to water them plenty which I made sure to do (and we had a pretty wet spring as well). Every time I contacted him, he told me he would “stop by” to take a look. This happened at least four four times throughout a span of 2 months. Unfortunately, Moises never did stop by and even told me “he was too busy” as an excuse. I was told initially that he offered a one year warranty on all his plantings. Unfortunately this does not appear to be true. I honestly wish and wanted everything to work out, or at least for Moises to make even a small attempt to help. I spent a lot of money on this project. My lesson learned is to use a large, established landscaping company going forward that will honor their warranty. Moises really seems like a nice person, but I cannot recommend Luna Tree Services at all bases upon my experience. To add insult to injury, I now I have to pay another landscaper to pull and remove the dead trees and bushes.

Luna Tree Service trimmed a large overgrown tree on my front lawn, cleared weeds and replanted bushes in my flower bed and cleared overgrown brush and trees behind a shed in my backyard. They were professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. They were courteous and went beyond the call of duty as they voluntarily removed debris from other yard work done previously. The price was fair and I highly recommend them for any tree trimming or landscaping needs you may have.

Excellent service by Moises. He was knowledgeable and understood exactly what I wanted done. The price was fair and he quickly took care of the project, cleaned up and on his way. I highly recommend Luna Tree Service!

I am blown away by the work that Moises and his team did. I had received other quotes by other companies for the work that I wanted done and no one came near the price Moises quoted me. I was impressed with the knowledge he had and was pleased that he was able to answer all my questions. His team was very professional. They got done so much work in just 2 days. I would highly recommend Moises and his team for any project you have, they go above and beyond! Pictured is the area he did for me. This area was covered with weeds, over 25 tree stumps, and other debris. He cleared it out, removed some trees, laid down sod, and set up the sprinkler system.

These guys are great. Had three beautiful trees delivered and planted quickly, efficiently and professionally. Take their work seriously with good humor and attention to detail to get the job done right. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.
