We highly recommend LTRC Tree Specialists! We had a very large pine tree in our backyard suddenly start losing bark with a large chipped out section of wood. Because we'd a pair of pileated woodpeckers make a large hole/nest in a nearby tree the previous year, our first thought was that they were at it again. The canopy on the top of the pine was green and very full but with further inspection, we discovered the tree had pine beetle damage so we knew that the tree had dead wood. We contacted multiple tree companies to come out, give us their recommendation, and provide an estimate. Some of the companies did not respond to our request while others did not respond in a timely manner. LTRC was very responsive and provided us a bid via email that was reasonable given the work that needed to be done (as well as identifying 2 other smaller trees that needed attention). We had 3 bids and decided to use LTRC as they were highly recommended by a neighbor and our subdivision had recently used them for trimming up trees. Communication with Gary McGarry (the owner) and Joy Escobedo (leader of crew and very skilled tree guy) was excellent! We were able to secure a tree removal permit from the City of Milton in a timely manner. We signed the contact and waited to get on their schedule. In the meantime, several storms with high winds came threw and the tree started breaking and leaning badly. We were concerned about safety as we often have kids come into our backyard to play in the nearby creek and treehouse. The situation became dangerous and LTRC made our project a priority and worked quickly to schedule a time that worked for all of us. The crew showed up on time and were very, very professional! They put plywood down to protect our wet lawn as they needed to bring equipment into our yard. They worked very hard to drop the tree in sections prior to the big drop and were able to drop the large section of tree perfectly so that it did not damage our property or other trees. The guys did an excellent job cleaning up and smoothing out the natural area by the tree as well as our driveway where their chipping equipment was used. LTRC was great to work with from beginning to end and we really appreciated the excellent communication prior to and the day of the work. LTRC will be the first company we call in the future!

I have used LTRC for two different projects, one that required a crane to carry trees over the roof of the house. Both times, the crews and project managers were knowledgeable, kind and professional. On our most recent project, every worker made a point to find me at the end and ask if I was pleased with the work done. I also appreciate that they care about trees - Arborists and workers know how to care for the trees long-term, rather than just cutting for aesthetic purposes. The pricing is also extremely fair. I HIGHLY recommend them!

When I first started on my tree trimming project, I had no idea what I was doing. Once I met Troy with LTRC, I felt comfortable and knowledgeable about it. I received 3 other quotes and none of the other tree specialist knew half of what Troy knew. LTRC wasn't the cheapest of my quotes but I went with them because I knew they'd do the job right and safely. Once they came out and did the work, I was convinced they are the best. The team at LTRC are very passionate about their work, you can tell when they are working they love their jobs. My dog and I enjoyed watching the process and they have some really cool toys. I'm very happy with the job they did and glad everyone was safe. I would recommend LTRC to anyone looking for a professional reliable tree service.

Brett and the Red Crew did an outstanding job assessing and completing tree removal with canopy shaping. The work was conducted in a safe, efficient and timely manner. We appreciated the use of composite maps to protect our lawn when using machines to remove debris. Cleanup was superb! Excellent customer with great follow-up. Highly recommend; ask for Brett! He is awesome.
