Chad and his crew are rock-solid. He's professional and courteous. His crew is super hard-working. We observed the outstanding job they did for a neighbor recently and asked if he would be willing to quote some work for us, which he did. His quote was very competitive and he was able to book us the following week. We had three large trees removed; one was very close to our home. All were expertly removed. The pruning was thorough and considerate. They did a superb job of clean-up. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them to you!

We've used Low Country Tree Service on various tree removals and trimming over 5 years. We were always pleased with the service, however, apparently LCTS has grown too large and Chad Crosby is too busy to complete a stump removal that was started in December of last year. The tree was removed just fine but that's where the service took a U turn. Their large grinder was in the shop so they used a small grinder that apparently couldn't handle the stump. Because of this, only part of the stump was ground down and they left 1/2 of the stump covered in shavings which I didn't know until I went out to clean up the shavings. As of this review, they still don't have their grinder back after more than 5 months, C'mon, Really? And the ridiculous thing is that Chad (the owner) won't respond to my texts asking him to hire the job out (he offered to do this) and finish the job to our satisfaction or return $200 out of the $2,000 I paid, so I can get another company to finish the stump grinding. Still no response. Just a heads up: Think long and hard before you make the decision to use Low Country Tree Service. The job just might not be completed and your calls and texts might be ignored. As for us, we will be using another tree company from now on and letting others know not to use LCTS.

Lowcountry Tree Service was great from the start. The owner, Chad was very personable, and professional. All of the guys who came to cut the trees and do the cleanup were great as well. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again.

Chad and his team were excellent. They trimmed all of trees and were done in one day. The team was very courteous and professional. We got several estimates and low country was very well priced. I was amazed at how well they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the very best in tree service.

They removed several large trees from my yard and were extremely professional and considerate in the process.
