I recently hired LongTree for tree removal, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From start to finish, they were prompt, highly experienced, and fully equipped to handle the job. What really surprised me was their crew size—five skilled professionals showed up—whereas other companies might only send two or three. This made the work incredibly quick and efficient without compromising on quality. The team was amazing—polite, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took care of everything neatly and left the property clean. Their professionalism and work ethic truly set them apart. A huge tree fell on my house and car, and Long Tree Tree Service came out quickly and got right to work. The team was very professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They removed the tree safely without causing any more damage and cleaned everything up perfectly. These are some amazing guys who work for this company and love what they do! After getting several estimates to have some tree trimming work. We decided to go with Longtree. They weren't the cheapest estimate. However, I really liked Kyle and the fact that he was a certified arborist. He took the time to talk about trimming to maintain the health and integrity of the trees. He even sent out addtional information, and a video that I could show to my neighbor, which supported why she needs to get rid of the dying Black Locus Tree that is on my fence line, falling on my house and in my yard. Along with the Locus, an Elm Tree hanging over my house that I've been trimming for thirty years. She won't even go half....forgive me I digress. I like that they were licensed and insuranced, too. Jane handled the appointment promptly and professionally. When there was rain on the original scheduled date, Jane quickly rescheduled us to the earliest date. Rafael and the crew came out to do the job. I must admit there was a slight misunderstanding about the scope of the job. Rafael was patient and professional. I spoke with Kyle over the phone, and again, very professional. It was minor and quickly resolved. That's what you want when clarification and understanding need to be made. You should want a happy and satisfied customer. Rafael made sure that I'd be one of them. I can say that my husband and I are satisfied customers. Great job, Longtree! You can look at their crews work after the job is done and say that looks really good. They clean up nicely, too. My husband said to give you ten stars. I told him it only goes up to five, so I guess you'll have to settle for five. Keep up the good work and your professionalism. M & M G

Our son referred us to Longtree Tree Service after having exceptional work done at his home in Berkley, Kyle, the owner and an arborist, came to our home 2 weeks ago and discussed what services we needed and printed a contract right then with specifics regarding our needs. This morning 5 professionals with 3 trucks removed a few trees and many branches from our property. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were very courteous and cleaned up after they finished! I highly recommend their services to anyone. You wil not be disappointed !!

I am very impressed with the entire experience I received from Longtree Tree Service, from contacting the office, Jane, to setting up the appointment to the prompt turnaround of the owner, Kyle, coming out and estimating the job and scheduling the actual work on trimming my tree. The crew that came out was very professional and Rafael, was very knowledgeable and communicated well with the crew and them with him, in making sure that the job would be handled with appropriate care for the tree and my concerns.
