Long's Tree Service

From the moment I first contacted Long’s to inquire about having a very large, very old Oak tree removed from my property, the service has been nothing but remarkable. My first contact with Jason, the free estimate from Brian, I was totally impressed. Brian was very knowledgeable. I loved how he explained everything on how it would be done. Scheduling was easy, and even with a minor scheduling snafu, the guys made it all happened as planned. I watched most of the work being done. The “teamwork” during the removal was top notch. Even my 4 year old grandson was impressed how well everyone worked together to make process a success. I will not hesitate to call Long’s next time I need tree work done. Ethan, Brian, and Nick did an outstanding job on our tree service project. They arrived right on schedule and completed the work exactly as discussed. Before packing up, they took the extra step to ask if there was anything else we needed done. We added a few more tasks on the spot, and they didn’t hesitate or shy away from the additional work. Longs Tree Service came as a recommendation to us by a neighbor and we are so glad that we went with them. Travis and his crew came out today in the pouring rain, removed 9 trees and 7 stumps for us, and cleaned up the yard beautifully. They were great helped me out from a bad situation, we had a maple tree that was dying and near our house. After umbergers rescheduled on us 3 different times, the last date that umbergers said they could get to our job was November 25th and we were leery of thus tree falling on our house. I gave Longs a call, they came out thay same day to look at my job and the yesterday they came and did the tree. Had our big maple tree down in about 3 hours. Very great job, fast, caring, and very great cleanup. Even filled in holes in the yard afterwards. I know now who I'll be calling if I need any other tree work done.

Rob Sutton was great at cutting down these trees at my property. He was very detailed on what he was gonna do and how it needed to be done. He took his time and was very safe about doing the job. He cut down two trees in one day, then he came over not long ago and cut down another tree that fell on the back porch due to weather. If you need and thing done with trees, they are the ones to call.
