I had let my fir tree 'hedge' grow for several years without trimming or shaping. R.J. explained to me that it would not be good for the trees to be trimmed too much to say nothing of how bad they would look trimmed way back because the green was only at the ends of the branches. He and Mike came with their bucket truck and chipper and did a great job trimming both sides and the tops. One side of the trees borders my neighbor's driveway and he was very pleased with the results. It will never be a hedge again because I ignored them for so long, but they are nicely trimmed and give us more light through the sliders upstairs, a better view of the lake and more room in the driveway. They also took down a couple of trees in the backyard. What was extra impressive was that they cleaned up EVERYTHING! Even branches that fell out of other trees and leaves and junk all over the backyard, steps and driveway areas. Plus they are just really nice guys. I would recommend them highly and will use them again when needed. Very honest with what is attainable or possible with current situation of your property. Great experience! Wow! RJ and Mike did a fantastic job removing two trees, a massive pine tree and a weeping willow, from our property! They meticulously piled branches into a pile under the tree as they removed branches, carefully avoiding power lines. It was a terribly humid day with a late day downpour with thunder and they worked tirelessly nonstop from early morning until nearly evening. They were also incredibly meticulous with the cleanup down to every pine needle and wood chip! We cannot say enough good things about these two hard working young men and we highly recommend them! In the wake of some massive trees falling on our property, RJ & Mike came in and completely transformed things to better than it ever was.. both the clean up and taking down of additional massive trees. The hard work displayed and what they were able to accomplish in one day is astounding. They really went above and beyond, taking care of everything they promised and more.
