Chris came in with what was hands down the best price, extremely fair for the work Not only was Chris punctual with the quote but he text me 24 hours prior to the appointment to tell me he had an opening to get the tree out of my yard a day early. Long story short the job that would have taken me probably over a week by myself was done within an hour and a half and at an extremely reasonable price. The crew was professional and they left my yard as it was before the tree had fallen. Everything went with them even the sawdust from the grinder.

We needed a large maple taken down due to internal tree damage and its extremely close proximity to our house. Letts provided us with a fair quote and worked with our complex schedules to get us on the books. The crew arrived promptly and did an exceptional job, especially considering they had to contend with our impossibly narrow driveway, power lines, a two-story house right next to the tree, a septic field, and various plants and fences scattered everywhere. Letts’ knowledge, care, and professionalism kept our home and family safe during the entire process and we could not be more grateful. Did an excellent job delivering a load of wood chips via ChipDrop exactly where I wanted them. Managed to very skillfully maneuver his truck into a challenging location with limited space and clearance. The first tree service, who I'm not going name but rhymes with gruntwhine, flaked out and cancelled after accepting the drop. I had to then create an entirely new request and forgot to re-add a tip. It wouldn't let me add one after the delivery so I figured I would leave a positive review instead.

They did an amazing job! Everyone on their team was very nice and professional. The trees look great, insurance is happy and they thoroughly cleaned the yard afterwards and even hauled off the wood. Very satisfied and I will absolutely hire them again for any additional tree work. I will absolutely refer them to anyone I know in need of great arborists!!
