LDI Tree Service

We had 5 trees removed and they did a good job. I think that the front office could do a better job with communicating scheduling. There's many people who work odd shifts and this needs to be taken into consideration when dealing with the customer. Overall we're pleased with the work done with our tree removal.

Excellent service removing a tree in my front yard. I could not believe how quickly they were able to remove the tree and clean up my yard. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the work they did and I definitely would call on them again if I needed any other yard or tree service.

This company has some of the better reviews so we went with them. The actual servicemen were solid and they did a decent job, but the office staff was below par. They came out without even telling us and chopped a tree we did not want-they ended up taking it out for free which was okay. There was below par communication about when they would come and go and they ended up coming a week later to do the stumps without communicating that to us. Not to mention I just found a tree size hole in the roof of my shed which I came from a limb being cut and I was not informed after it happened. Again the servicemen were solid I guess after they finally figured out what we were quoted for but we won’t use them again to get the rest of our trees cut/removed and were excited to pay and be done with them at the end of the day. Update: Fixed the hole in my shed. Turns out they knew about it when it happened and didn’t tell me. But….point being is they fixed it so all good on that regard.

Great team! Helped my recent widowed mother remove a tree that was a big nuisance to her. Office staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Tree removal team was top notch. Will definitely use again with other projects.

LDI did an awesome job removing and trimming several trees in my yard. He was timely and very professional. He and his crew were able to get into the right places and remove trees and limbs without any damage to existing structures. I highly recommend Joe and LDI.
