The crew did an excellent job cutting down a large tree near a building without causing any property damage, and I appreciate their skill on the day of service. Unfortunately, my overall experience was frustrating. When I first requested a quote, the estimator visited my property (while I was not home) and gave me a written price after walking the site. A month later, when the scheduled workday finally came, the technician called to say he could not honor the original price — claiming a new cement driveway had been installed since the quote. This was not true; the driveway was there when the quote was given. Because the original method (using a picker truck) could have damaged the driveway, he said they’d need to climb the tree instead, which would cost $800 more. I explained that I understood the change in method but that the error was on their side, not mine. I even offered to split the difference, but the technician refused and insisted on the full extra charge. With no other option, I agreed to pay because I needed the tree removed. While the final work was done well, I felt backed into a corner: waiting a month for an appointment, then being forced to pay significantly more due to a quoting mistake that was not mine. The crew from Lawson’s that came to trim our trees did an outstanding job! They were professional, courteous and thorough. Trees were all trimmed as described in their initial consultation with us. The yard was cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished. We highly recommend Lawson’s Tree Service and Landscaping.

When I first called, I received a rapid response from Conner. He stopped by my mother's house and checked the property out, and gave me a thorough estimate with pictures of all the problem areas, and provided a total quote. I contacted them because I had low hanging large tree limbs over my mother's roof of her house, and limbs hanging down to 6 feet above the drive way. He even pointed out other things I didn't even think to ask about. There was a tree coming out of the ground and pointing towards my mom's house. He also mentioned the dead bushed and a dead tree that we have, and pruning back another tree. They also took care of the weeds/bush growing around the back stairs even though we never use that door. I had them do all of this work, and the property looks much cleaner now. The crew arrived with about 6 people and a couple of trucks with heavy equipment. My mother said they arrived at 8 am and they were done with everything by 11:30 am. I recommend Lawson's to anybody needing tree work done. I will contact Lawson's again in the future to have other work done as well! A+ service!

My 70’ tree removal went flawlessly. I would highly recommend Lawsons tree service. Very professional, safety and meticulous during work procedures and clean up. As a crew they have an extremely high work ethic and excellent leadership on site. Thanks so Anthony

The most efficient tree removal operation I’ve ever witnessed. It took them an hour and twenty minutes to remove a sixty foot tree and clean the front yard like they weren’t even there. They were awesome.
