The office returned my call at 8:30 am. A member of the tree service was at our house by 9am. By 10am a full crew was here and working. Before 5pm a very large tree was off our roof, the tarp was on, the logs were piled in the woods, and the crew left. AMAZING Service and Professional work on a difficult job. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Showed up on time, completed the job, thoroughly cleaned up. Crew was friendly and professional! Accounting tends to be slow to process checks. You can pay online but must pay a fee. Left two messages to see if they did receive my check and have received no reply. The crews are fantastic, accounting could improve! Have used them 4 times and only once was my check deposited in a timely manner.
Unbelievable the awesome job they did taking down my tree. It was in a confined space that is bordered by a fence on 3 sides, patio on 4th side and flowers all around. I was expecting to have most of the garden disrupted no matter how careful they would be but it wasn't. They grinded down the stump to where you wouldn't even know a large tree was even there yesterday. The machines they have invested in really helps the job go smoothly and safely. Their cleanup was beyond what I expected. Most importantly the team members were extremely professional and kind. Even though the temperature was in the 90s they worked so very hard. Also a shout out to the gentleman that came to go over the job and write up a proposal. You can tell this is a well run company that cares about their customers and employees Thank you Laroche Tree Service!
Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional company! I had a great experience through the entire process. From the receptionists, estimator, tree crew and billing. The tree crew arrived on time (during a very rainy day) and had my tree removed in no time. They left no trace of them (or a tree) even being there. Highly recommend!
