Steven from Lakeway Tree Experts came out last fall to give me an estimate for having my live oaks trimmed. The estimate was so reasonable it was hard for me to even believe that they would do that much work for such a great price! Fast forward to this week when we had set the date for the work. The day before I called them because I was thinking that since it had been so long since we set the date they wouldn't show! Arlen, the owner called me back the night before & said they would be there the next day as scheduled. Not only were they there on time, but they were 20 minutes early! That never happens! Steven walked the property with me to make sure we were in agreement as to what was to be done. When he left & went on to another job he left Jimmy in charge and he was great too! They had a crew of 4 guys who knocked the work out in less than a day. All of the guys were very courteous and conscientious. They picked up and disposed of all the branches etc. My yard and trees looked so good when they left! I will be calling them them next year for sure!

Jimmy was great to work with and was collaborative throughout understanding our goals for the tree work and providing ideas on accomplishing the look we were interested in. Jimmy and Leo left my yard clean and with trees in great shape for years to come.

Steven is great! I have been working with him for a while now to care for the fertilization schedule of 7 cypress that have been made into a hedge for privacy. They look awesome and healthy! He also worked on a sick tree I have in the front and now it is thriving. It’s so much better to talk to him about plant health and maintenance than just having anyone come in and just apply the same thing they do on every other lawn. I get a ton of compliments and the trees look great!

Lakeway Tree Experts are the best top to bottom. They are knowledgable, courteous, informative, transparent, and efficient. Lakeway Tree Service is one I highly recommend. The three men that came to our property were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Trees were trimmed, thinned, and dead branches were removed efficiently. The yard was cleaned well upon completion of the job. The communication with the main office was prompt, courteous, and professional.
