Very pleased! Shane and his team are great communicators and his pricing was very fair. His crew was professional and communicated with me the entire time they were here to make sure they were doing what I wanted. Trees were trimmed, all the debris was picked up, and there was no damage to the shop or the yard. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with Lake City Tree Service. From beginning to end they were the most professional and caring tree crew of the many I've engaged in over 40 years of property management. Shane, Dalton, Jessie and Julio are an amazing team. Proposal/scheduling: Shane made sure that the job scope was clearly defined, took videos of the work to be performed, and gave specific time frames for start/end. Even provided me with a google calendar invitation, which is important when you have a busy schedule. This was a fairly large job. Execution: The crew arrived on time, respected my property, skillfully disassembled the trees using state-of-the-art equipment, all the time confirming with me that the work was being completed to my satisfaction. Even trimmed a number of troublesome limbs that I hadn't originally requested. The crew is extremely proficient and focused on delivering a superior experience. Very respectful of my property. Clean up/property appearance: Other companies that bid this work didn't explain much about the final result. From the start, Shane took the time to explain the impact on existing surrounding vegetation so I knew what to expect. After extracting a very large stump, the ground was nicely levelled. As requested, the debris was neatly placed in a designated area. They even moved an existing large pile of debris for me. All of this quality work at a fair price. No property damage. Expertly, carefully removed and trimmed trees. Focused on delivering customer satisfaction. I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you Shane and team!

Lake City Tree Service did an absolutely amazing job! Shane is very knowledgeable, and took the time to walk with me and explain about the different kinds of oak trees in my yard and make the best plan for what I needed. He cut back a few trees that had stretched toward the house, including a huge tree that was not only leaning over my house, but it stands right between the septic tank and drain field, powerlines, and an old CB radio antenna cable. The tree was carefully and efficiently cut with no damage to anything. The price was great! It was the best price I had found! He even honored a quote he had given me several months earlier, and was honest when I had remembered the quote being a little higher than it was. The clean up was great! It looks wonderful, and I feel so much better. Thank you to Shane and the crew for all your hard work today!

The Lake City Tree Service crew were exceptional in every way. They arrived on time and quickly began working as a unified team that knew each other’s every move. The owner, Shane worked alongside of his team and they all put forth 100% effort into their work. A total of seven tall black cherry trees were cut down and the clean-up was very impressive. They even took the extra time and effort to trim up three Oak trees in that line of trees to make them more uniformed and to give them a nice manicured appearance. Most importantly was to find a local tree service that proved to be dependable and they ensured that the scope of work was not only accomplished, but was done “over-the-top.” Meaning, the quality of their work and the price of the job was very reasonable and I am very pleased with their overall performance.
