Korte Tree Care

The Korte team promptly removed a very large, dying Maple tree near our house with competence, speed and great safety strategies. Clean up was well done, too - at an appropriate fee.

Staff were very courteous and professional. The removed the tree quickly and efficiently and cleaned up nicely after removal. I would highly recommend their services.

Korte Tree Care was great. My employer has used Korte at some of the locations. I loved how everything is set up from the contract acceptance to the appointment to the payment notifications. Our front yard looks so much better.

Today was the second time we have used Korte tree service to cut down dead trees and haul away the wood and could not be more satisfied. They are responsive to our questions and their crew is exceptional. Arrived on time, completed work quickly and removed debris. Will definitely use them again.

UPDATE: After hearing from the owner/manager and getting much needed clarity on the below mentioned issues. Breaking down the time issues and the actual cost of not just the work but also the cost of the tools/materials needed and used, I am more than satisfied with everything. I think that if they really broke down the cost of everything in their invoices, it would help in being transparent for clients, but I also see how that could lead to more questions and confusion for some. I definitely recommend them for your tree removal needs. They seem to have a good crew that are careful and quick/knowledgeable. OLD: Ok, so, I want to give them 5 stars, but I have a few complaints that need to be aired first. Let me premise the review with this, the staff, those I had direct contact with. Were amazing. Super nice and easy to communicate with. However, it took 4 weeks to get the picture tree removed. Now, weather was a factor at times. But not to the extent in delay it seemed to have caused. On top of the time delay, the price for the 15-30 min of work time was more than I was hoping/expecting to pay. It'll just get chalked up to being, "it is what it is". Doesn't make it hurt my wallet any less though unfortunately. All in all, the service was friendly and communication was easy it just seemed to take forever, and my wallet is most definitely lighter....but just based on pros I would probably use them again to see if the cons were just one offs.
