I can’t believe how fast and smooth the whole experience was with Kingdom Tree Services! I had been dreading the removal of a massive, overgrown, inconveniently placed palm tree, along with the trimming of six others — but Mike and his team handled everything in a single afternoon. From the moment I submitted a quote request in the morning, they responded quickly and scheduled the work right away. Their crew was extremely professional, efficient, and respectful of the property. The palm tree was removed cleanly and safely, and the other trees were beautifully manicured. Best of all, the price was more than reasonable and completely fair for the amount of work involved. What I had been putting off for months was totally taken care of — in one day! Highly recommend Kingdom Tree Services. They made a daunting job feel effortless.

I agreed upon a great deal with Michael, after a few great conversations, beating all other estimates to cut down a large tree in my front yard, grind the stump, and clean up. They cut down the tree without breaking my fence or my house, and it was dark by the time they were supposedly finished with the whole job. The tree branches and leaves in the yard I noticed in the dark and brought to his attention was dismissed by the owner, Michael, and I was told that there may a few random branches they missed, but to leave the pile as it was and it would settle in time, and he asked for payment for completed work. He was paid in full, fortunately by credit card! The next morning, I heard my neighbors outside talking about the mess left all over and went out to see it all. I took pictures of the mess in my yard, my front porch, my driveway, in the street, and in my neighbors yard, along with torn up water lines in my ornamental area. I attempted to call Michael at 9 am and I got no answer, so I texted him the concerns with pictures. Hours later, at 12pm, after I had raked away the wood chips to pull out a big pile tree branches and leaves, and find that only half of the large stump was ground, I called Michael again and still got no answer, so I took more pictures and sent another text message of my additional findings and concerns asking him to come back to finish the work he was paid for. Thirty minutes later, he replied, saying there was a family emergency and they would not be able to come back for some days. When I didn't hear from them days later, I texted and emailed Michael to cancel the work order and disputed the charge for payment so I could pay someone else to complete the work. After which, I suddenly heard from Michael about coming back out to finish grinding the stump and clearing the tree debris that he buried under wood chips several days before. I was and still am very disappointed at this unexpectedly dishonest and unprofessional service.

Fast service and reliable crew! Santiago worked effortlessly on my overgrown queen palm trees, transformed them so quickly it’s like a tropical resort in my backyard! I really appreciate the process working with Michael and understanding my needs! Can’t wait to have them back for the next round of trimming! Our quote waa based on photos sent digitally. Michael was super responsive. We had a huge limb removed from above the house to 2' above ground, and a large section of a 2nd tree trimmed away from the roof, too. The quote was $2k, cash. A single employee did all of this work in about an hour with a gas saw, then he did a great job of clean up. He really knew what he was doing. He worked super fast

Great professional service. I had a 20ft branch fall on my house and Michael was able to come out within 30 minutes to give me a quote. He walked me through the options and recommended thinning out the tree to prevent future problems. The crew worked fast, was on time, and cleaned up my yard and the neighbors when they were done.
