I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mike and his team at Keystone Tree Techs. Mike was quick to respond, incredibly polite, friendly, and—most importantly—honest. He was upfront about pricing and clear about the timeline for the work we needed. Although we received lower quotes from other companies, I would choose Keystone Tree Techs again in a heartbeat because of Mike. He was communicative, gracious, and flexible throughout the entire process. I absolutely recommend Mike and his team to anyone looking for quality, professional work—and I already have!
Had Keystone out to trim my Pin Oak. Experience was great. Came out and explained how they would do it. I took them up on using wire to control the top of the tree where it split for additional support. They showed up a few days later and did great work. Electronic invoicing made it super easy.
We recently had a tree come down during a storm. Keystone quickly sent someone out to provide an estimate and had the tree cleaned up within the week. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The crew that worked at our house cleaned everything up to look as if they were never there.
Keystone Tree Techs were amazing! I can’t recommend them enough. They gave us advice on how to care for some of our trees and even brought to our attention a tree that could cause some major damage if not addressed. They were here for two days to do a very large job and took out multiple trees for us. Both days they arrived early, worked hard, were friendly ,and cleaned up. When they say you get what you pay for they mean it. This company’s work was worth every cent! You can’t even tell that we had trees removed. We are very happy and plan to use them again in the future as we continue to clean up our property!
