The tree to be removed was a big Red Maple that had been in the yard for all of the 47 years my family has lived in the house. Contacting Keil Tree Experts was made easy by Melinda, the dedicated office member who scheduled the estimate and the day of tree removal. Jeremy Keil originally came to give an estimate of the work that needed to be done. The electric line to the house went through the tree so Jeremy explained Keil Tree Experts would contact bge to have them drop the electric line during the work to protect the crew. Safety first is a wonderful model to follow. I received a very fair estimate for the tree removal. I truly appreciated that the estimate was broken down into three separate components -- Tree Removal; Stump Grinding; & Root Removal. The date and time were scheduled. Jeremy arrived early on the scheduled day to meet with bge to make sure the electric line was dropped and the rest of the crew followed shortly thereafter. Jeremy, Alex and Mike put on their gear, positioned their machines - even putting down large mats under the machines to help protect the lawn -- and methodically went to work removing the tree. They did a GREAT JOB!!! Once the tree was down and all the chipping was done the crew thoroughly cleaned up all of the leaves and small branches that remained in the yard -- it was pretty much spotless when they were done. I am so glad I contracted with Keil Tree Experts. I would highly recommend contacting Keil Tree Experts for your next tree removal job.

My wife and I recently moved to a new location with many more trees than our last home. We discovered tree work was needed so after due diligence we reached out and spoke to a few companies. Ultimately, we were most impressed with Keil Tree Experts and used their services. The folks/family at Keil Tree Experts are extremely kind, thorough, detailed, knowledgeable about all our trees/shrubs and most importantly, tell you exactly what is needed. We highly recommend and will be using Keil Tree Experts for all our future needs. Update: This past week we had Keil Tree Experts elevate and prune the bottom half of our pin oak tree. The guys truly did an excellent and thorough job. The tree looks amazing!

We're huge fans of Keil Tree Experts; they're certified Arborists, not just landscapers with a side gig. Steve came out to our property to examine an ailing Beech Tree. He showed up on time, walked our property commenting on all the unusual trees. He examined our tree and concluded it was just an old tree being damaged by woodpeckers. He recommended "natural interventions" like hanging a snake or owl, possibly using a paint deterrent. But didn't think any other intervention was necessary. We really liked his vibe - thoughtful, informed, down to earth. We appreciated that he didn't recommend a bunch of costly treatments that in the end would not have benefited the tree. He suggested an annual visit when the foliage was out and we'll do that.

Crew arrived on time. Worked efficently. Worked with me to be sure work was to my requirements. Good clean up.

We had a great experience with the Keil Tree folks. Their arborist was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us decide what trees to trim and which to leave alone, and their crew did a fantastic job executing on our wishes. They were also very friendly, communicative, and did a perfect job of cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommended!
