I was referred to Joy’s Tree Service by a neighbor. I called on Monday and spoke with Jenny. Jenny was very informative, courteous and understood exactly what I needed. She said that I would have a visit and an emailed quote the following day, Tuesday, and would hope to get to the job by Friday. The quote was very fair and doable. Ironically, on Wednesday morning, I received an email from Jenny stating that a window of time had opened up for Wednesday afternoon. We went with that! I solely went on the recommendation of my neighbor, not doing any investigative work, thinking I was getting a couple of men with chainsaws, a truck and a winch. I was pleasantly surprised by four work trucks, two pieces of heavy equipment and five workers. Upon arriving home, I was greeted by Jr and he gave me an update of what was going on and the other four workers were very pleasant to chat with. This is a very professional service that strives to please the customer. Jr made sure that I was pleased with their work, continued to clean and pack up, and was on their way out. Please consider giving them a call to keep small business alive and well.

Great people and excellent work. We have been using Joy's Tree Service since 2011. Every single time you get the same great service. Jenny gets Bryan scheduled to come out. Bryan comes out, listens to all your tree concerns, gives recommendations, can name what trees you have with just a glance, and relays your needs back to Jenny to generate the quote and get you scheduled. Then the whole crew comes out on your scheduled day. Jenny and Bryan are super to work with to get the crew out. Then the crew shows up. Everyone is organized and knows what they are doing. The whole crew works together like a well-oiled machine. They all know what the rest of the crew is getting ready to do and how they fit. Every time we have needed trees cut (They are gone.) or trimmed (Trees look great.) the area is left cleaner after the job is done than when they arrived. Thank you. Until the next job. 😊

Call this company last week, only had a small job (one tree) that need to be trimmed up and no one wanted to do it. I called Joy’s and they came out the next day and did an estimate. They showed up yesterday and did an amazing job. Junior and the entire team were very professional and did an awesome job. In less that 2 hours the tree was trimmed up very nice and the yard was so cleaned up you could not even tell that they had been here.watching the team work was amazing it was like watching a well oiled machine. With very little talking each team member know exactly what to do and when. I would definitely use this company again and will always highly recommend them to anyone no matter what size job you have. Joy's Tree Service took down several trees for us that were dying or dead. These tree roots were breaking our driveway and others were rotten. Upon cutting a large one, they noticed it was loose at the base. Had it fallen, t would have been on the house. Excellent work start to finish, efficient and kept the area and road clean while doing the work. Highly recommend them if you need tree removal. Top notch and professional.

Great Customer Service, Very professional, Spoke with junior- Great Guy, greeted me with a smile and friendliness, he told me what they are going to be cutting- told his plan- The plan was good for me- I thought it will take more than a couple of hours by they got it done almost 2 hours could have been faster but one of there machine stopped working and they had to fix it, which they did and got it back to work. Very nice trim they did. I like their work and recommend everyone to them. Yes- they came with big trucks and trailers and it was a small street but what can you do- gotta get the trees trim and cutt- they were fast- in and out and very professional and friendly which I like. Good Job 👍
