I contacted Carlos from Joshua Tree after receiving a mailing from them. Carlos met me at my property, viewed the trees we had concerns about (2 very large dying /dead Ash trees, an oak that required pruning and a maple that needed treatment). He was personable and knowledgeable and was able to provide a proposal within minutes. Shortly thereafter, the service was scheduled and the crew arrived to do the work. The crew were wonderful - pleasant, efficient and cleaned up as if they were never there (aside from the now removed ash trees and pruned oak) every branch was removed, the lawn area raked and blown to remove all the debris. A post work walk through was conducted prior to the crew leaving my property. Post project dealings with Olga were pleasant and professional - everyone associated with Joshua Tree were amazing to deal with and an absolute pleasure. I would definitely recommend Joshua Tree to anyone looking for tree-related care services. I will be having them treat one of the maple trees on my property in the spring and am very happy and confident in my choice with Joshua Tree. Carlos was very pleasant he gave me a quote right away. He even educated me on other trees and how to trim them. Once I accepted the proposal the very next day they came to cut the trees. Olga and her workers worked quickly and left everything clean. Olga was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent service! Carlos is honest and truthful. The tree pruning done by Pat looks amazing! Looks like I have a whole new landscape! No mess left behind as they cut and clean simultaneously. Definitely will use again in the future!
