Joseph tree service came to our home to remove a 65 ft. Spruce and returned to grind the stump after. Each visit went smoothly and the jobs were completed quickly. They answered all of your questions and did a great job of cleaning up and making sure our yard and our neighbor’s looked as they did before their equipment arrived. Derek did an amazing job on the stump grinding and even fluffed the neighbors yard. We are very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them in the future.

I would give more stars if I could. After sending in the video I received a quote within a few hours. All the quotes I received were coming in about the same price but what helped me decide on Joseph Tree was that I had some more questions and an arborist responded to my voicemail the same day and took the time to answer all my questions. I was able to get scheduled to have the tree removal done within a few weeks and the stump grinding followed after that. The both teams were friendly and always respectful of my property and even enjoyed saying hello to my 160lb+ Great Dane. The cleanup was beyond my expectations. If you need trees needing service or removal, let them be your first call.

I would have given a five star review they do great work. I’ve been using them for years around my commercial properties. I like to call in and give an address location of the tree and if I have to meet somebody else site. You call in now and they prompt Website. Just not the way I like to do business. Called yesterday ended up calling a couple other three guys to get estimates. Hope this helps you out on your feedback of taking pictures Directing customers to the website And asking them to upload pictures of the job. I wanna call talk to a live person. Get an estimate approve the work. Pay for the work when it’s done.

I’ve been using Joseph Tree and their Complete Care Plan at several of my HOA properties, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Ryan and Zack have been excellent to work with, and it’s clear they truly care about the work they do. I would highly recommend Joseph Tree to anyone—especially those who manage HOAs.

Update to below review: I was contacted by a manager to discuss the issues I experienced. I know they take issues seriously, and they wanted to know what they could do to make it right. I think my issues were isolated and the numerous times I've had them out previously they have been great, so I am changing the number of stars to 4 based on all the previous times they came out with no issues. It's just unfortunate this past time they came out there were so many things that went wrong. I've used this company numerous times over the past several years, but after last time I will never use them again. First, they drove their work truck over some landscape bricks, that honestly wasn't a big deal. I fixed them myself, but I pointed it out and they just stared at me like they didn't understand. They somehow shattered their own passengers side mirror, and I'm still picking up glass weeks later. They scraped up my driveway with the machine they used to pick up all the branches. Most importantly they took down a phone line and left me to deal with it. The two employees couldn't have cared less. They asked that I find out what utility company owned the lines. That should have been their responsibility. I understand accidents happen, and I was trying to not make it a big deal so I tried calling a few companies while the employees were still on my property cutting down branches. None of the utility companies could tell me if the lines belonged to them. I got off the phone and then asked one of the employees to speak to the manager of Joseph Tree. He basically said it wasn't a big deal and it happens, and to let him know what I decide to do. Again, how is this on me? One of the employees offered to try to fix the line, but when I got off the phone they had both left. They knew they were leaving a bad situation but didn't seem to care.
