Jones Road Tree Service

Jones Road Tree Service has professional crews which do conservative trimming. Our crew was Wilson, Oleman, Essau and Adrian. Our front tree and back trees were done together, and the price was effectively reduced in a combined price. Done well and cleaned up.

Jones Road Tree Service was an easy company to work with and I highly recommend them. The arborist who came to the house was knowledgeable, to the point, and clearly lived and breathed trees. I felt comfortable following his advice on the solutions for the different issues my poor trees were experiencing. The arborist technician who implemented the tree treatments was also very knowledgeable and was all about tree and plant health. She readily answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions in small teaching moments. I really appreciated it as I'm not a green-thumb human. The price was on-point and reasonable for the service they performed and I didn't feel up-sold into unnecessary treatments. Also, there weren't any surprise charges on the invoice. I highly recommend Jones Road Tree Service and we are definitely doing business with them again. If something happens to change my assessment, I'll update this review but I don't anticipate that being a thing. If anything, I'll post pictures of my beautifully blooming giant crepe myrtle trees in the spring. :-)

We have had the pleasure of working with the arborist David for 5+ years. He is very knowledgeable and practical. We recently had an experience that was a not quite their usual thorough job, David came back and assessed the situation and the next day a crew made the improvements to my satisfaction at no additional cost. Wilson and his crew were very professional and friendly, keeping safety in mind while communicating well with updates and progress. I really enjoy working with this company and my family takes pride in our landscape, especially our trees.
