Neil and his family crew were awesome! He recognized that we had a huge tree leaning dangerously toward our house and went out of his way to get it taken down in a timely manner. He also took the time to talk me through what as going on and to make sure we were on the same page on everything. I appreciate that he and his team went above and beyond on finishing the job right and thorough clean up. A very skilled and dedicated team that has proven themselves again and again!

I don't believe that I have ever done business with anyone as hardworking, family oriented, and with such high integrity as John's Tree Service. Neil and his family are the absolute pinnacle of what a TRUE family business should be about. I will do my best to keep my points concise but I honestly don't think the Google Review text limit is big enough for my praise to Neil and his family. From the moment I spoke with Neil I could tell that he was a man of his word and took his work seriously. He came out quickly to assess the work I was wanting done and to get me a quote. Neil and his son were very thorough and listened to my requests intently. He was very forthcoming with the quote and you could tell that he wanted to make sure I got what I was wanting at a fair price. I was shocked at how quickly him and his family got to work. They arrived the very next day and got started. The work I needed done was very tricky and highly technical and I was in complete amazement and how expertly skilled and in sync his crew (read: family) was. They were so cautious with each cut and removal, making sure that no damage was done to themselves or the surrounding home/area. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to describe the work they performed. Not only did they do ALL of the work I requested and some additional trimming, they cleaned up every last bit of debris and then some. I'm serious when I say that I was blown away by how much they did. They raked and removed leaves and twigs that were there before they arrived, they got on my roof and blew everything off as well as the gutters. His daughter even scooped my pool and removed old nails from some wood fencing I needed disposed of! If there were divots in the yard, they smoothed them out, if there was old wood to dispose of, they hauled it off. You name it, they did it and they did it with some of the best work ethic and pride I've ever seen. When it came time for payment I could tell that Neil was a bit hesitant, he had given me an initial "maximum" it would cost but had ended up doing a considerable amount more of work. Being a man of his word, he said that even though they did more work he was only going to charge me the maximum he originally quoted me, plus a few hundred extra to cover some operating expenses. I happily paid it and didn't think twice about it. I hope he doesn't mind me putting this on here but a few days later he came by the house and wanted to talk to me. He felt it wasn't right that he had asked for more than the maximum and wanted to return the "extra" money I paid him. I was astounded, I told him that it was completely unnecessary but he insisted. To me, that is integrity in it's purest form and just cemented the respect I have for Neil and how he conducts business. I know I said I would keep it short but if you need ANY kind of tree service done I wouldn't hesitate for a second to give Neil at John's Tree Service a call. His family was the nicest, hardest working group of people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and as long as they are in business I will continue to use them and I HIGHLY suggest anyone else looking to do the same!
