John came out and assessed our situation, carefully taking photos of each area. The crew did a fantastic job. They were easy to work with even though we had multiple neighbors wanting various things. We really appreciated their thoroughness in making sure everyone was happy with the tree trimming on the property lines. They were careful to trim with privacy in mind, and yet, prune to make plants and trees aesthetically pleasing to look at. Very friendly and exceptional crew! Also, the price for service was very reasonable!

We requested a treatment plan, including trimming and bracing, with an estimate, for 25 fifty to seventy-five foot elms, firs and a pine from four potential providers. The high confidence inducing conversation I had with John, the most detailed estimate coming in in the middle of the pack, and the slick communication was sufficient. His team was highly professional in execution, in ensuring the safety of themselves and us, communication amongst themselves and in keeping us informed, sensitivity in looking after the interests of our neighbour, in clearing up after completion and not wasting time. They worked hard and cheerfully and were a pleasure to have on the property. The follow up and administration was efficient. Overall they did what they were asked to do, in the time allotted and provided good value. I have no hesitation in recommending John the Arborist and his team.

Recent work included evaluating a very tall fir tree, checking existing bracing and sculpting existing branches. A before and after shot shows it all… Lovely job!
