I had two large trees that fell that I needed removed from my yard. Got a reasonable quote, great communication with John, and the job was scheduled quickly. I was very happy with the work and the clean up was great.

I called JJ Treetops to look at the trees on my property and give an estimate on trimming, tree health, and so on. John responded to my request quickly, and was happy to come to my property for an estimate. He showed up on time, and efficiently evaluated what needed to be done. He probably was here 10-15 minutes, and that was absolutely enough time for him to review everything and give a price. He shared a written quote with me as well as his insurance information WHICH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS VERIFY! Takes 5 minutes. I accepted John's quote, and gave my neighbors a heads up WHICH YOU SHOULD ALWAYS DO because that's just polite. He was able to come a few days later, his crew showed up on time on the dot. I showed them what needed to be done, and they started getting set up. John arrived shortly after, gave the crew their instructions, and the work began. The crew was efficient, polite, and insisted on making sure I was happy with the work. They cleaned everything, and my yard was left exactly as they found it. I'm not a tree expert, so all I can say is everything looks more "tree-like" rather than bushes which is what I was going for. Everyone was easy to work with, and I am happy with what was done.

John came out to quote my work and provided a very fair price. He worked with me to accomplish my goals by providing solutions for my requests. Dane came out the next day with his team and was very efficient and professional. They had all the work completed before noon and cleaned up every branch and leaf from the tree, leaving no mess behind. I would recommend them and use their service again!
