I only have good things to say about Jim and his company. They worked with me to schedule a large tree removal around my busy schedule so I could be present during the job. The guys were courteous and very professional. They were respectful of the property, and took great care to safeguard my house and my driveway while using and extremely large crane truck and bucket truck. Their men worked quickly to keep the street clear of limbs and trunks while they ground up the remains. I highly recommend Jim’s Tree Service and would use them again if I have a future need. I recently hired Jim’s Tree Service to cut down some trees, grind the stumps, and handle the cleanup, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Great experience working with Jim's. My yard was not destroyed as they came in with the spider and did a fantastic job. This is the second time Jim's has done work on my property and I wouldn't want anyone else. Tired of guys who throw outrageous prices at you or don't even return your calls- go with Jim's! Home owners insurance wanted us to prune our tree away from the roof. We decided to just have it removed. Jim personally came out for a quote. He was the best priced. His team came out and were quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Filled out their form to get a quote. Had to follow up twice for someone to finally come out. Had someone come out on 9/15 took a couple mins to survey. Said they would email me the quote later that day. Followed up on 9/19 to no response. Followed up again on 9/23 and was told the estimator was out sick. Finally got the estimate on 9/24 and accepted it. It's kow 10/20 have not heard anything. Emailed to follow up and no response. They obviously don't want any business. Shame since I heard they do great work and are very friendly.
