I usually don't do reviews but I really need to do this one this is Jeremy Ward with Ward's truck and trailer mobile repair out of Marion NC I had a machine I was replacing the hose reel in so I ordered a New assembly had never done one before,I have worked on jarraff quite a bit but never the reel, when I called to order the reel,I got jack in service department,he transferred everything to parts to get the new one coming, parts department is excellent,so got new reel went to put it on realized you had to take it apart to put old hoses on it ,so I called Jack back asking him about, let me just say I have been doing this for 30 years I have never ran across anyone in service department that was as helpful as jack ,he even went as far as given me his cell number,witch I used several times,he led me through the whole process of getting this machine back up and going, sorry this post is so long,I just think people like jack should be appreciated.Thanks again sir.

Matt in Parts was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sent me a manual for the job I needed to do and got the parts very fast. Everything was in stock.

Good place for delivery, unloaded me in 30 minutes.

Honestly, it's not their fault but whoever bought their equipment from them made a mess up and down my driveway. Sooo one star it is. Maybe they should take a long of the ones who buy from them and maybe put letters and numbers on the equipment that way when a customer calls they can get a member to whomever bought that unique piece of equipment
