We hired Jacoby Tree Service to take down several large trees and couldn’t have been more pleased with the entire experience . Brennan was very responsive and prompt with communications. The site crew was professional, approachable, courteous, and did an all-around phenomenal job. We had quite an amazing show watching them take down 120 foot tall pine trees - These guys work hard!! We are completely satisfied with the tree removal done on our yard. We had over 21 trees that were dead or dying (plus one oak) taken down due to an infestation of the emerald ash borer. It was impressive to watch the process.

A very large tree had fallen on our roof and needed to be removed ASAP. I called on Sunday they answered and sent someone within the hour to give us an estimate. This kind of customer service is rare and appreciated when you are already dealing with a stressful situation. They came out on Monday removed the tree and cleaned up and no further damage occurred , they needed to return on Tuesday to clean up a second tree that was also damaged and again cleaned up and were great about putting a tarp on our roof to cover the damage since rain is coming. The crews that were sent are professional, curtious , an all around awesome team. We highly recommend Jacoby Tree Service very happy with the work that was done.
