The storm on Friday (March 14) caused my tree limbs to fall down. I called Jackson Tree Service on Saturday and they completed the tree removal on Monday. The service and experience were fantastic. Rachel kept in constant communication with me and Mike ensured the project was completed safely. It was a difficult tree removal and they were able to provide great service during busy time. Thanks again for everything! I recommend Jackson Tree Service to my friends and family. I truly appreciate their help.

Jackson Tree Service did an outstanding job removing a huge silver maple tree. The tree was dying and loomed directly above both my neighbor’s home and my home. I had used Jackson Tree before and felt confident that they had the expertise to safely remove the tree. They successfully removed the tree without damaging either home and for what I thought was a fair price.

We have been a customer of Jackson Tree Service for years. They advised us to apply a growth slowing agent on a Japanese Maple and that was beneficial to the health of the tree. Our most recent service was to trim two pine trees and cut one down as they were planted too close together when the subdivision was built decades ago. They have always performed services well, and communicated throughout any process. We will continue as customers.

Jackson Tree Service is one of the few companies around that actually value their customer and provide excellent service. I have always interacted with Kelly from Jackson and she is amazing! Always keeping us up to date on scheduling of the service and always follows up with me if I am satisfied with the work. All of our tree work has only been completed by Jackson Tree Service. The team just completed removing a 35ft pin oak infested with galls. What an incredible operation to remove this tree like a Swiss watch. The team was on point.
