Jose and his crew did an incredible job removing our 120 year old Elm tree. They were safe, ensured our house sustained no damage, efficient, and so very kind. We are grateful for their skill and expertise in tree removal.

Jose and his crew were AMAZING! Not only did they show up earlier than their quoted time, but they were meticulous in cleaning up everything. I got 3 quotes for tree trimming and they were the best. Very reasonable, friendly, and professional.

Jose and J & J Tree Services are literally the best. This fall, we had a big old maple in the back yard that needed to come down (the bark was just falling off) - my neighbor can attest to this, lol. I called on a Sunday, talked to Jose on Monday, he came out to look at it and give me a quote and some advice, and he and his tree ninjas came out and took down, hauled away, and cleaned up the tree! They came back and did the stump as soon as JULIE had a chance to come and flag it (it was very close to the electrical boxes). José and I talked about them coming back in the spring to replace the tree and I knew for a fact that I wouldn’t have to follow up because they are always so on top of it. Lo and behold, two weeks ago, Jose texted me with recommendations for several types of tree I could put in, based on our discussion in the fall. I picked the hardest one to find (go figure!) and he searched 10 different tree farms to find me an absolutely gorgeous 8’ Jane Magnolia that his crew installed in my yard today. His crew is quick, tidy, and so cheerful and kind! They’re such a great company, Jose is such a wonderful person, and they do a lot of work in our neighborhood. On a more community-focused note, I know for a fact that Jose has had his crew help out with smaller projects (removing fallen branches that are nearby if they are out here on a job, things like that) just because he’s a great guy and he and his team care about community. I know I’ve gotten long and a little mushy, but just wanted to share my gratitude (and recommendation!) for a great local business.

We had such a fantastic experience with J & J Tree Service. I filled out the form on a Saturday and Jose came to see the job the next day (would have come same-day but I missed his call). Our job was done Thursday of that same week! We had about .3 acres that needed land clearing - it was completely overgrown with buckthorn, honeysuckle, Carolina creeper and other invasive species. Additionally, we tried starting the project on our own and added quite a bit of mess with downed trees and brush piles. The team arrived at 7:30 and were done by 4! Land cleared, stumps ground and clean up completed. They were very friendly and professional - I literally saw them running past the window with full trees on their shoulders to keep the job moving fast. In addition to the main work we wanted done, the team went above and beyond to clear dead branches on remaining trees. We highly recommend J&J for your project! We will certainly be using them again for any future needs.

J&J has consistently done a wonderful job with both tree removal and planting. Over the past few years, we have had 3 trees removed and stumps ground (both small and large trees) as well as a new larger tree planted. Consultation and communication has been extremely easy, and the crew arrived on time for each service. Pricing has been very reasonable. We highly recommend J&J.
