They did an okay good job with the trees, not exceptional, but okay. One of my biggest issues was that the workers were told to just do the bare minimum because Justin had undercut the price of a competitor. Instead of talking to us about mispricing things, he just told them to only do the very minimum. My other issues were in communication, showing up late (hours after expected) and still leaving in a rush with a bunch of branches behind that we have to take care of. The icing on the cake was one of the employees drinking on the job. I'm very uncomfortable with someone drinking, throwing the bottle on the ground near the trees, and using a chainsaw. That's a homeowner insurance nightmare. When I asked Justin about it, he brushed it off and said "I don't know anything about what they're doing."

I needed some trees trimmed around the roof of my house or my insurance was going to drop me. I got little to no notice of the deadline and I panicked. I called a few places close to me but they couldn't get there soon enough.J&J was located on the other side of town but they came highly recommended from a family member. Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He assured me he would do what it took to get the work done before my deadline. He had a crew out the next morning and they were done within a few hours. I was terrified it was going to be outrageously overpriced considering how professional they were and how quickly they came. However he was very reasonable with his pricing, beating the other two companies by quite a bit. I'll use them again if the need arises.
