It's Gotta Go Tree Service

Back on June 16 I agreed with Dennis Allen on the amount of $550 to cut down and remove from my property fence a huge branch from a large tree that had fallen, evidently from a lightning strike. Since the tree was in a wooded area, I did not need him to haul the branch away. We agreed on a lesser amount, but I did specifically ask about the large portion of the branch, and he said he would just cut it off and leave it back in the wooded area. At least that was my understanding. Perhaps there was miscommunication, but I remember specifically asking about that and I would never have paid that amount just to cut the portion off of my fence. I could have done that myself with the help of my neighbor’s chainsaw. He did get the portion of the branch on my fence cut and removed that same day and sent me a picture of the fence line from work. It looked great so I paid him that same day. However, when I got back home I noticed that the large branch had not been removed from the tree. It was still hanging there and only the portion that had been on the fence had been cut off. It remains a huge eyesore to this day (see picture) though at least I have now been able to repair my fence. I have talked to both Keith and Dennis Allen on multiple occasions since then, and though they have been responsive to my calls and have promised on multiple occasions to get back out here to finish the job, they have yet to do so. I hate to even write this review, and I will immediately take it down if and when they come out here to finish the job. Keith has particularly seemed helpful over the phone, and he sounds like they want to make it right. They also tell me they have had some issues with help, etc., so I want to be gracious, but it has been several months now. “It’s Gotta Go” has several good reviews and they were recommended to me by a neighbor, so I have no idea why this happened, but I am very disappointed.

Mr. Keith Allen and his crew did a great job of cutting down a large Oak tree and trimming a few other trees at my home. He and his crew were very courteous and professional. They left my yard in GREAT CONDITION after completing the job. Wanted to make sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied before leaving. For any tree service needs you may have, please give these guys a pricing your job!

These are the boys you want on your property to tame the woods. They did a fine job pruning a very large oak tree next to my house. I will be calling them again

I have used their services twice and they do an awesome job. Their prices are really good compare to other companies I have gotten quotes from. I would recommend calling them and you will see how great of a job they do. They show up early to do the work and worked throughout the day. I highly recommend calling them. We had Keith and his crew remove 50+ Leyland Cypress trees today. They did a fantastic job and when the work was completed we could hardly tell where the trees had been. Even our neighbors were impressed with the work ! Thank you Keith for a job well done !
