We had a large Norfolk Pine and a nasty overgrown bougainvillea that climbed to the top of the pine. Not an easy job. Isaiah was great to communicate with and followed up very well. His amazing TEAM did great ! They were truly awesome, especially JS who did incredible work 75+ feet in the air. He was a great communicator, very safe, and always professional. They did great work, showed up on time and made quick work of the project. They left the place better than it was when they arrived. Thank YOU and would gladly work with them all again or recommend them!

Thank you Beau for taking the time out of your evening to spread aloha to my family. We were visiting my Great Grandpa Charman’s gravesite in Poipu today when he graciously offered to trim the overgrown branches surrounding the headstone. He even gave us some of his own water to clean off the dirt. Mahalo for your kindness & kokua Beau!!! 🤍

We had a large Silver Oak tree that was leaning more and more each day towards falling on our house. Isaiah was quick to follow up and showed up when he said he would ... well, his amazing TEAM did! Isaiah' tree service has a wonderful team of professionals. They work as amazing team keeping each other safe while providing a tree removal service that is beyond compare. I highly recommend them and know 100% you will be glad that you were lucky enough to get them to your service.

I say all this as a small business owner myself.. Unfortunately this is a negative review and this is only way I can warn anyone that’s considering using this company. Also considering that Kauai is such a small island why would I make this stuff up? I was quoted by the owner a daily rate for (friends and family) $2500 but I guess looking at the other negative reviews that’s just the Daily Rate. (I’ve used this company in the passed and had no issues but this crew was all new and different and very unprofessional questionable and dangerous jaw dropping maneuvers) So we discussed what trees needed trimming and setup a date. The day of cutting (a Friday we all know nobody likes actually working ON Fridays) the first guy showed up at 9am and had no idea about the job description so I walked him the it before the other guys showed up @9:15 when they finally got to cutting after taking 45min to park the trucks first cut started at 10am with a PowerLess Pole Saw. After 45min of that I explained to the cutter (Forman) what was discussed and agreed to for the Daily Rate and all the sudden things literally Grinned to a halt. The chipper stopped working and the saw needed to sharpen by hand after every cut. 3pm came so fast and they said they are done for the day and after starting late and after a days work I got a little more than 1 large branch cut off of 1 tree.. Long story short I didn’t get what I was asking for and agreed upon so I paid $1500. Owner back tracked his words telling me “I told you it was gonna take two days.” 😂 I wouldn’t have agreed to start a two day project on a Friday because I’m not available to oversee work on weekends.. I wish I took pictures and videos to show everyone what was happening that day but that’s what I get thinking I could take someone’s word these days. Please learn from my mistake so your not on here writing a negative review..
